I just finished reading Peggy Guggenheim's biography, she was one of the most important collectors of the 20th century.

She saved many European artists by helping them escape to America before the outbreak of WW II.

Marcel Duchamp led her into the world of contemporary art.

I can only say that she was a crazy woman and that she inspired me a lot.
